Aborigines use mammals as drug to cure various bacterial,
clinical, physiological, viral and veneral ailments viz. anaemia, appendicitis,
asthma, baldness, cataract, delirium, eczema, hyperpyrexia, impotency,
jaundice, leprosy, leucoderma, muscular pain, neurotic fits, night blindness,
paralysis, rheumatism, rickets, Swelling of body, skin burns, toothache,
tuberculosis, typhoid, vision power and wound and injuries prevalent in the
Garo Hills (East and West) of Meghalaya State, India.
